It spent 91 weeks on the list, eventually reaching #1. It was one of the best selling books of 2009, selling 17 million copies to date. Twilight has been translated into 37 languages.

Twilight is followed by New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. The film adaptation was released in 2008 by Paramount Pictures and grossed more than $408 million worldwide.

My Thoughts..

This is one of my absolute favorite books that I have read in such a long time. I read it in one weekend, it's the kind of book that takes hold of you and you just can't put it down. I've fallen in love with the saga of a girl who falls in love with a vampire. It has such a balance of love and suspense. Stephenie Meyer is such a talented author with a distinct voice that I'm so happy she shared it. Everyone should read this book... You will love it!
